Henry Ventura

Henry was born in San Salvador, El Salvador and lived there until the age of 14. He came to the United States in search for the American Dream and Freedom from the oppression that existed in his country.

As a Student Athlete, Henry developed leadership skills, which would prove vital in his professional growth as well as his relationship with the community.  He received a BA from the University of Antioch, Santa Barbara in Psychology, which compliments well his career in Human Resources. Herein he has been able to travel to various countries of the world and interview candidates from various ethnicities and cultures.

Henry owns and operates R&V Photography along side his wife, Aliz Ventura Ruvalcaba and have focused on delivering high quality service to the local Latino families. They both are bilingual in English and Spanish, which have come handy in their photography business. In addition, Henry volunteers his time conducting Interview/Career workshops in a number of California Universities as well speaks at local Non-Profit events.
